In particular, the staff of the department collected materials on the construction of earth dams and the mechanical characteristics of their materials operating on the territory of the republic. They achieved certain results in increasing the strength of high dams and are constantly working on their application. Joint articles were published and copyright certificates were received.
At the same time, leading scientists of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic, Prof. K.S. Sultanov, R. Khusainov and F. Adilov; First Deputy Head of the Scientific and Educational Monumental Complex named after the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor A. Ishmatov; A. Buriev, Associate Professor of the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering and others work on a part-time basis at the department and give students high-quality knowledge.
